Moment of Clarity - Week 4

I did not understand the difference between completing the square and finding the vertex, domain, and range. I found it very hard to understand the difference, but I finally (with help from my notes) understood that while finding the perfect square that all we were doing was trying to get x by itself, whereas finding the vertex seemed much more simple after putting the equation into vertex form. I loved knowing how to distinguish the difference and I loved finally understanding how they compare! It's such a great feeling to have, to know that I know what I am doing and having the confidence to complete more than one equation on each without notes! That moment of clarity is a relief and it makes life so much easier! :)
