One of my worst nightmares that I have ever had included
zombies, animals with rabies and the ones I love getting hurt. This might sound
crazy but I usually don't have nightmares, but when I do they are pretty
intense. My nightmare started off with me and my family sitting in our living
room watching TV together. We looked like we were in a movie from the fifties,
which weirded me out. All of the sudden an immense storm just popped out of nowhere.
My sisters went outside to check on the kittens to make sure that they were dry
but after about 20 minutes they weren't back. I went to go look out the window
in the door but the rain was too hard to see. Then "Boom!"
"Crack!!" I ran into the living room only to find out that a zombie
was smashing its head into the picture window "Bang" "Bang"
"Bang" The glass shattered and zombies come flooding in. My parents
don't move. Why won’t they move?!? Instantly I run, run for my life away from
the living room. But there is no place to go. I zip into my bedroom and
barricade the door. At this point I am having a mental break down. As I’m
pacing back and forth trying to figure out what to do, the constant moaning
from the zombies echoes throughout the house. What to do? What to do? What to
do?! I feel someone watching me and spin around. Outside my window a glowing
yellow eye stares at me. Oh great... Just what I need a t-rex. What the heck
world!! In an instant the roof is gone and one again I'm sprinting for my life.
Out the window under the t-rex, through the zombies running as fast as I can. I
trip on something, something soft. I look down and the body of my best friend
is on the ground. My heart beats like a drum, I feel it in my throat. I see the
zombies running toward me. I can't move. Stiff with freight I stand there
waiting for my fate. I'm swooped of the ground by something sharp...the T-Rex.
Weightless and warm from my own blood the light fades from my eyes. All of the
sudden everything is white and I hear my mom’s voice telling me to wake up for
school.
