Reflection on a particular day
I remember feeling very stressed out the day before we took our test. I felt like I was drowning in papers with confusing problems that I didn't know how to do. We started with the warm up, and got a new paper and then had time to work on the new paper along with the review guide that we had received the day before. I began to regret not starting the review guide the previous night. I was afraid to take the test, because I am a maniac and hold myself to very high standards. I left the room feeling completely overwhelmed. I then realized that Jackson is usually available to help students out after school. Knowing that, I was completely reassured and decided to stay after. I ended up completing all of my unfinished work. Going into the test the next day, I felt confident about my knowledge of the material. I realize now that I had no reason to feel so frazzled that day in class. I still haven't looked to see if the the test grades are in, but I know that I tried my best which is what's most important to me.
